Dave came out to do an estimate and gave a thorough explanation of the process and expected outcome upon completion.
John, the technician, did an AMAZING job of cleaning and sealing our showers and countertops (granite and quartz). They looked brand new!
I hoped the results would be "better than it was" til we could remodel. The results far exceeded my hopes! Now there is no need to remodel, I'm not embarrassed by how they look, and they finally look CLEAN.

All Surface Rejuvenations did a great job cleaning and sealing all of our tile surfaces, including the bathrooms. We had hoped that the poor appearance of the grout (dark areas) was due to dirt, but it was really due to the poor grout job that was originally done. Thankfully, John Sumner did a tutorial to show us how to properly dig out and mix new grout and fill it in. He helped us do a few spots and they look so much better. Now we have the skill to do the repairs on the rest of the house!

I used All Surface when I was a realtor in The Villages. I was listing a home and the carpet was trashed. I told the owner he would need to replace it but he dug his heels in. I hired All Surface to clean the carpet and it looked brand new when they were finished. I just had them at my home to clean the carpet. It had some pet stains that I couldn’t get out. My carpet now looks brand new. I will never use anyone else.

All Surface Rejuvenations Plus was referred to me by a friend. I needed my pavers cleaned and resealed. I made the appointment for an estimate and Dave came out. Dave was friendly, professional and trust worthy. I was more than happy with his estimate. I didn't feel there was a "village premium" added and set up the appointment to get the work done. John came out on the day the work was to start and he too was professional and trust worthy. I am more than happy with the work. Not only would I recommend them but I plan to use them anytime I need anything done in the future.

Dave Costa came out to give us a fair estimate on a shower tile clean within time frame that we agreed upon.
John was here most of the day cleaning, resurfacing and sealing the shower stall. We were impressed by the time and care he took!

I had the 17 year old tile floors cleaned, along with the walk in shower. I cleaning was very well done. The white tile looks very bright and the grout is renewed. The shower work was excellent including new caulking around the entire edge.
The employee that did the work was very good at his job. I highly recommend ASRP.

Two weeks ago I had All Surfaces Rejuvenations Plus (ASRP) resurface our pool deck and outdoor patio. Their technician John worked for two days in 90+ degree days to complete the job on schedule and in a very expert and professional manner. He was on time to give me an estimate on repairing and sealing the grout in my ceramic tile floors.
The estimate was very fair.

Right from the initial call, our experience with ASRP was excellent. Fast call back, complete information and quick appointment. Accurate estimate and full explanation of the services available. John & JC arrived on time (with a confirmation text), briefed us with the project details and got straight to work. Issues along the way (prior homeowner did some DIY) were brought directly to our attention and solutions provided. After the work was done, my house was clean, dry and smelled fresh. We recently moved into a brand new home. We have white tiles with a light gray/white grout. I knew for sure that I wanted to get that grout sealed so that it didn’t become black. We had to wait a little time for everything to settle and I contacted All Surface rejuvenation and spoke with them. They explained exactly what they would do recommending that they do cleaning first followed by the ceiling. They will be able to clean off grime left behind from the contractors that I could not get cleaned. They followed up with a sealant for the grout and it has made a huge difference in our house. Everything now is very easy to clean and it continues to look very nice. They came when they said they would. They got everything done in one day. They were very knowledgeable about everything and explained things in detail for us. I am highly satisfied with their work and would gladly recommend them to anybody.

I would recommend All Surface 352-502-0707. In November 2024. , I had grout cleaning of a large area. Living , dinning, front and side halls, 2 bathrooms, kitchen. A build up of 23 years of grime. The cost was reasonable for this big job.

I called up All Surface Rejuvinations regarding a small job that I wanted to get done. I wasn’t sure they would take it, since it was only a small shower. Dave Costa came out within a couple of days, gave me a quotele and scheduled it. I felt very much valued as a customer. While we were there, we discussed another job I may want to get done. I was impressed at how much of the worry and work he would do in taking care of that job, whose quote I also considered very reasonable. His employee, John, came out and did the work on the shower. It was excellent. My shower looks new again. I am very happy with the experience and highly recommend them, whether your job is a small one or a large one.

Dave did a GREAT job restoring our shower. He cleaned, regrouted it where needed and caulked all the places needed and then resealed the whole thing. He also put sealer and caulking where needed in our 2 baths tile floors and the floor of the laundry room tile. He was friendly and courteous. After an estimate meeting in our home, we hired Dave and his company to clean and reseal approximately 1300 square feet of tile in our home, including both flooring throughout and the master bath walk-in shower. The technician was courteous and professional, highly competent, hardworking, and extremely efficient. Dave had explained the process and materials used during our initial meeting, but the technician explained again to ensure we understood exactly what he was doing and the results we could expect immediately and over time. He also worked with us to decide on a caulk for the shower that came in a color compatible with the grout color. I can honestly say that the grout--which had not been professionally cleaned and/or resealed in the 9 years since it was laid--looks very nearly new, even in areas of heavy traffic, and the results are much better than I had dared to hope. Attention to detail was amazing, to and including the tech taking photos of area rug positioning on the floor so he could replace them exactly as he found them. We plan to contact All Surface Rejuvenations Plus for several additional projects in 2025.

All Surface Rejuvenations Plus workers did an outstanding job in cleaning our title floors and bathrooms tiled walls. They also sealed them and did caulking in both bathrooms. The workers explained what they will be doing and what we should do to maintain the tile and sealer areas. They cleaned up everything and we are extremely pleased with their work, we highly recommend them for your title cleaning and sealing.

I was so, so sick of my "never-looks-clean" shower stall. I had already gotten obscenely expensive quotes to tear out and remodel it and was exhausted with products that always left it still looking dirty after a lot of hard work. I had seen his trucks around the neighborhood and finally called. He came over and gave me a quote (not cheap) and enough information that I had confidence to believe he could return me to a nice clean white shower again. So, after several hours of 2 mens labor plus all the chemicals and psi they could muster ending in grout sealer over my now pristine white grout, I now have a beautiful clean white spa-like shower and I am forever grateful to Dave Costa and his hard working crew. Thank you Dave!

Dave's company cleaned and "restored" my main shower. Prior to the service, my tiles and the grout looked stained, filthy and mildewed; it really looked like I needed to replace my shower. Dave assured me he could get it back to looking like new for a miniscule fraction of what a new shower would have cost me. His worker, John, arrived promptly and cleaned and restored my shower and it did look like new!!! The worker told me what products to use to keep it looking clean and what products to stay away from. I give this company my highest recommendation.

They (ASRP) were able to clean our tile and grout, and then properly seal the grout. Our tile looked as good (if not better) as it did the day that we moved into our new home.

Dave and his team did a great job educating me about paver refinishing. All Surface replaced my broken pavers, reinstalled with a layer of thin set to keep it in place, stripped off any remaining old sealer, pressure washed, sanded and then sealed the pavers. They look great! The sealer they use penetrates the paver vs. just sits on top like many other styles/brands of sealer. They worked quickly and efficiently and provided great quality service and products. I talked to and got quotes from 9 other paver sealing companies. The products All Surface uses is superior and the pricing was a great value.

From start to finish -- initial phone call; estimate appointment and completed job -- excellent work and customer service. This was for an unusual project: jettastone master shower that had lots of calcium deposits, soap scum,etc., etc. Estimates of time needed were right on target.
Polite, hardworking and job well done. Will have them back if ever needed and certainly recommend them.

We are so very happy with the work All Surface Rejuvenations Plus did at our home in The Villages. Our master bath shower was in need of cleaning, grout replacement etc. I have to tell you our shower looks as good as it did when we bought the house. Outstanding! They also cleaned our tile in a good amount of the home and sealed the grout. The men that worked here were so very curteous and knowledgeable.
