We can grind the yellowed/ambered epoxy coating off. Epoxy is not UV resistant. Epoxy should not be used in direct sunlight. We use urethane instead.

We had Dave Costa and All Surfaces refinish our garage floor which was in very poor condition. They also finish coated our birdcage floor. Both areas look so rich that we are still admiring them.
