All Surface Rejuvenations Plus Has The Answer! Everyone has a difficult time keeping rest rooms clean, sanitary and odor free. That is why there are more complaints for building managers about restrooms than any other area in the building. The Usual Cleaning Process Mopping… Until now, all that could be done to restrooms were to have the janitorial company mop the floor and disinfect it. As hard as they try, even with an auto scrubber, traditional janitorial work will not correct the offensive restroom conditions. The reason is they are just spreading the dirty and contaminated water from one place to another, even more specifically, from the tile into the grout. Why Rest Rooms become offensive… Tile and Grout are being mopped with dirty water and too much cleaner. The porous nature of tile and grout, improper rinsing, continual exposure to moisture, heavy use and abuse all add up to a maintenance nightmare and a continuous deterioration. Tile and grout surfaces absorb a multitude of contaminants, soil, and germs, which produce a dingy, ugly appearance and foul odors. The cleaning staff has no way to prevent or reverse this unsightly deterioration process! The NEW Process by All Surface Rejuvenations Plus ASRP uses a new 4 step process to revitalize your floor surfaces. This process not only restores your floors to their original beauty, it also guards your grout from staining and discoloring.   STEP 1. Our cleaning solution is applied to the tile and grout and allowed to dwell for 10 to 20 minutes. The solution is then worked into the pores to loosen embedded dirt, grease, oils and other contaminants. STEP 2. Using up to 300 degrees of water temperature and up to 2500 psi of water pressure, we thoroughly wash, rinse and extract the dirt, contaminants and pollutant laden water out of the pores of the grout and tile and into our truck's recovery tank. This clean and efficient process is all fluid controlled so there is little to no over-spray of water or cleaning solution. STEP 3. Next we dry the floor using high speed air movers. We do not leave puddles. We are then able to inspect the floor to see the true condition of the grout and can tell at this point if there is any permanent staining or discoloration. STEP 4. After consulting with you as to the condition of the floor, you now have two choices: a) Sealing: If you are happy with the results of the cleaning, we can go ahead and apply a sealer to the floor to protect it from further staining. OR… b) Re-Coloring: If the results did not meet your expectation and there is a considerable amount of staining or discoloration, we can recolor the grout to the color of your choice (extra fee).
